This hotel is a great option for budget travellers. the location is ideal, with easy access to many nearby attractions. the rooms are well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. the breakfast offers a variety of dishes and is included in the room price. Guests have access to many facilities, including a fitness centre and business centre.

The service could be improved, as there were a few instances of delayed delivery of extra towels and toothbrush sets.

Stayed here for Xmas and it was a decent experience. the rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. the location was great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We also liked the fact that the hotel offered free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

the service wasn't great, as we had to repeatedly ask for extra towels and toiletries.

During my stay over Christmas, I appreciated the clean rooms and the convenient location close to amenities and transportation. The complimentary breakfast was also a great perk, offering a decent variety of options.

There were some negative aspects to my experience. The service was lacking in some areas, with a delay in receiving extra sets of towels and toothbrushes when needed.
